  • The package includes 1 side design, 2 design revisions and high-resolution files (JPG & PDF).
  • You need to provide all necessary content in Word or Excel format, including text, logos, images and any other elements you want included in the design.
  • The design will be completed within 3-5 working days after we receive all the required information.
  • The package includes 2 design revisions. Any additional revisions after the second round may incur extra charges.
  • No, the working files (e.g., AI/PSD) are not included. You will receive the final design in high-resolution JPG & PDF formats.
  • Our banner & roll-up stand design service covers the design only. Printing and setup are not included, but you can reach out to us for assistance with printing and setup.

  • Please carefully check the goods upon receipt. If you find any damage to the goods, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. We will verify the situation and take the necessary actions.

  • Our printing warranty does not cover the following:

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
    • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or changes in appearance.
    • Damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or unauthorised repairs.
    • Damage caused by non-approved or incompatible accessories.
    • Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or environmental conditions.
    • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
