Challenges
R&F Princess Cove previously ran Facebook Ads but attracted many low-quality leads, mostly from unrelated regions and foreign workers. Their Google Ads campaigns were also underperforming, with high cost-per-lead (CPL) and limited control over traffic quality.

Solution
We launched a Google Search Campaign targeting high-intent property-related keywords. After implementing proper conversion tracking, lead quality improved and results stabilized.
