Here are the situations where the JNDesign Marketing Sdn.Bhd. will not provide a refund if the client decides to terminate the service:
1. Project Completed or Near Completion #
No refund will be issued if the service or project has been fully or substantially completed, and the deliverables have been provided according to the agreement.
2. Early Termination of Service #
If the client unilaterally terminates the contract or cancels the project before the end of the service period, any remaining service fees will not be refunded.
3. Failure to Adhere to Agreement Terms #
If the client has not fulfilled their obligations under the contract (e.g., failing to make payments on time or provide necessary information and materials), no refund will be provided.
4. Delayed Payments or Outstanding Fees #
If the client has any unpaid fees or has previously delayed payments, and these issues remain unresolved at the time of the refund request, no refund will be issued.
5. Unreasonable Service Complaints #
Refunds will not be provided for claims based on unreasonable service complaints or dissatisfaction with the service results, as long as the agency has performed the services as outlined in the agreement.
6. Client Delays or Lack of Communication #
If project progress is hindered due to client delays, lack of response, or failure to provide necessary cooperation, the agency will not issue a refund.
