1. Project Timeline #
Proposed plan will be delivered within the period 1 month.
We, service provider will liaise with all KOC / influencers, aiming to complete publishing within a one-month timeframe.
2. Service Period and Subscription Policy #
Final Terms Service period is monthly basic & operates on a subscription model, with a period of 30 + 10 days (grace period) after service period starts. If payment for the following month is not received before the current subscription ends, we reserve the right to terminate all our services, including incomplete progress for the previous month or coordinate alternative solutions.
3. Service Termination and Refund Responsibilities #
Both parties are fully responsible in collaboration to deliver desirable marketing results. Either party may terminate the services upon written notice given to the other party. Refunds will not be provided under some circumstances. (Please refer to “Service Termination T&C”)
4. Exception to the Publishing Timeline #
Exceptions include:
- On-Site Visit – If the merchant is unable to schedule an appointment for KOC within the prescribed time, leading to a delay in publication, this will be considered an exception.
- Product Sponsorship – If the merchant is unable to provide the product to the KOC / influencer within the prescribed time, leading to a delay in publication, this will be considered an exception.
