JNDesign Marketing Sdn Bhd may terminate its services under the following circumstances:
1. Breach of Contract #
If a client violates any terms outlined in the service agreement, including failure to provide required materials or information, maintain confidentiality, or comply with outlined deliverables.
2. Non-Payment or Delayed Payments #
In cases where a client consistently delays or defaults on payments despite prior reminders and grace periods (5 working days).
3. Scope Creep #
If the project scope expands significantly beyond the originally agreed-upon terms without budget or time adjustments, the agency may issue a warning followed by termination if unresolved.
4. Unrealistic Expectations #
If a client’s demands exceed the scope of services, setting expectations that are impractical or unrealistic, and these cannot be managed through renegotiation.
5. Legal or Ethical Violations #
Should a client engage in illegal activities or unethical practices that risk the reputation or legal standing of the agency, services will be terminate immediately.
6. Poor Communication or Cooperation #
If a client is consistently unresponsive, uncooperative, or fails to communicate effectively, making it difficult to deliver services as per the contract.
7. Strategic Business Decision #
In cases where the client no longer fits within the agency’s business model or strategic direction, service termination may be considered.
